Interests:

Amy conducts research on project-based organizations in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry. She is interested in global organizations and projects; knowledge management and organizational learning; networks; and integrated project delivery. Prior to entering academia, Amy worked for over six years in the construction and real estate development industry as a design-build project manager.
