Membership may be either individual or collective. An
individual member of the Consortium shall be a person who is involved
in the areas of activity covered by the Consortium, possesses
appropriate knowledge and who is willing to support the mission
and objective of the Consortium. A collective member of the Consortium
shall be organizations having technical or scientific interest in the
Consortium, such as universities, private industry and state and federal
agencies involved in planning, design, construction and operation of civil
facilities, as well as libraries and other information dissemination organizations.
